DIRECTIONS FOR USE IN HVAC SYSTEMS:
- 1. Using an Allen Key, place A/C system in shallow vacuum
2. Turn A/C System Off
3. Locate charging port on the A/C system and remove cap
4. Connect a syringe application hose to charging port (PN 28412 not included). For 410a systems, attach 410a Adapter to application hose (PN 50147 not included)
5. Connect Supercool Leak Stop Syringe to hose and introduce Leak Stop to A/C system
6. Using an Allen Key, restore system to full pressure
7. Disconnect application hose with syringe from charging port and replace cap
8. Turn A/C System on and run system for 30 minutes.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE IN VEHICLE A/C SYSTEMS:
FOR USE ON A PRESSURIZED SYSTEM —
- 1. Unscrew and remove protective cap from syringe and attach syringe to injector hose.
2. Inject contents of syringe into application hose.
3. Connect hose to low-side port.
4. Start A/C system. You will see the clear hose being pressurized when refrigerant bubbles through the liquid. The pressure differential moves the product from the hose into the A/C system.
5. After injector hose empties, disconnect from low-side service port.
6. Allow Leak Stop to circulate in system for 30 minutes.
FOR USE ON A SYSTEM UNDER VACUUM —
- 1. Unscrew and remove protective cap from syringe and attach syringe to injector hose.
2. With A/C system on, attach hose by placing low-side coupler on low-side port of A/C system with syringe plunger pointing up.
3. Inject syringe contents into A/C system.
4. Disconnect injector hose and syringe from vehicle.
5. Charge vehicle A/C system with refrigerant. Turn A/C system on maximum and allow to run for 30 minutes.
